The Annual (except for last year) All Ohio Jam will be this Saturday, August 19. 9am – 9pm in Circleville Ohio, at the Ted Lewis Park, in Shelter #3.
What a great way to get acquainted with other Ohio dulcimer clubs, players and tunes.
This is a free event that is open to all dulcimer players (and other acoustic folk instrument players) in Ohio. We missed not having this event last year due to site availability and schedule conflicts, but we hope it is bigger and better than the 2014 and 2015 versions. Bring your acoustic instruments, a playing stool or chair, a dish for the potluck, drinking water and your jamming enthusiasm. Please, no alcohol.
Meet old friends, make new friends and meet folks you have only heard of in the dulcimer community.
Sponsored by Prussia Valley Dulcimers.

MDSD dues are really expected at the end of the year. We still have quite a few folks who have not sent their annual dues to Margaret. Don’t forget, folks…. We’d hate to have to take you off our membership roster! Just think what you’d miss!
Between the concert and workshops with the Grubers (when Mother Nature was not exactly kind, and we had to reschedule the workshops) and Dulcimer Doin’s (when Mother Nature was extremely kind and brought us spring weather) ….we’ve been BUSY!
Just because our two big events are over for the year, doesn’t mean that we’ll be resting on our laurels for too long. With spring and summer usually comes MDSD playdates, where we get to go out and perform for the public and share our music. Stay tuned! (well, that’s always good advice, isn’t it?) xox Cindy 😉
